Maybe you have too many programs running in the background

The reason could be a bad Internet Connection or too many programms are running in the background.

So specific. If you're having the kind of lag called "fps drop/lag", try closing useless programs in the background with task manager, or stop using mods. If you're having the kind of lag called "latency (ping)", then it's your internet, check your connection http://www.speedtest.net/ and see. If everything is ok and you're getting normal speed, then it might be your routing to the host, restarting your modem will prob solve it.

U have two problems i have also these problems in my pc.
maybe u have much specifications do new window or u r coneection problem.
if u post an video how its lag then maybe we solve u r problem.
