It does't really work for me, maybe because I can't turn off the mip-mapping, it isn't clickable.. Or maybe is my PC to old for playing SA:MP or running windows 7. I don't know !

Change it via GTA SA Offline.
Because on sa-mp it will load the game quickly causing the option is disabled for change.

There are also some software or programs by the graphics card brand to configure a video game graphic configuration like Nvidia

ALT + CTRL + Delete if you have Windows XP for task manager
ALT + CTRL + Delete And then click Task Manager if you have Windows 7

Delete any other tasks without : Gta_sa.exe explorer .exe etc .
