How can i upload & find GTA SA animated picture like Jobu_Janes, C_isForCookie[M4] and Sollaimane?

dude for me at least i found it on a web site can't remember the name just search for gifs and u will find lots of them for other animated pictures ask those guys and they will answer you hope that was helpfull for you xD

There is a simple trick for gifs.
Just go to this page: https://gifs.com/
Post your video's URL in the correct section and click "Create GIF"

EDIT: Most of the people in this forum don't have a very quick connection so I suggest you not to make the full 10 second GIF. Just because it will take them a lot of time to load forum page. That's one of the reasons I have also removed my image from signature section.
