Have you taken out the little CR2032 battery on the motherboard ? and tried to use the onboard graphics if you have a seperate graphics card ?.

It's probably your videocard, if you don't have onboard videocard you may consider getting a videocard from a friend to check if it is the problem. With that said check also yor cables on the monitor, again you can borrow ones from a friend.

Your PC Monitor appears to be ON but only display nothing and going to sleep mode (No Signal), but it does connected well. You are giving link of youtube video where the Computer is ON but monitor display nothing...

But there are many cases caused this, so i'm gonna ask.

Some motherboard has a beep sound (depends, if you know that normally or previously it beep sound, mine doesn't anyway) when it start booting and finishes the BIOS POST. Did you get that sound? If so, then your computer should be booting. You are even luckier if your motherboard has a LED (small light) that also indicate this.

Well in case you are not sure that your pc normally beeps, then try to look at the HDD activity indicator light (if that also present on your pc!), it's a red light usually located near the power button. If the computer boots normally, it would blink for some times and the light not always on for long time, then it means your computer does boot.

Another way is to check your keyboard or mouse, as it also has some lights to indicate if the computer booted.
Normally as default settings, your PC is set to blink the keyboard locks LED (Num lock, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock). If it does blink, then your computer does boot.
For optical mouse only, the optical light/laser should also turned on if the motherboard got enough power to boot up your PC

Try to replug the VGA/HDMI (the monitor cable) from PC and the Monitor, if your cable is broken, this will also show no signal, so try to plug it on another working monitor (like seven of nine said) from a friend or any if you have, but if you are sure that the cable are not damaged, then it's not the reason.

Do you have extra (separated, as daan_deurloo said) graphic/video card installed? If so, read this:
Well if you are confused which are the port, the one that near alot of USB port (at the back) are the onboard graphic, but if its located below of them (separated area), that is your dedicated graphic card that is using a kind of PCI cards.
Try to switch between intergrated (onboard) graphics port and your dedicated (external) graphics. You should be able to see the BIOS screen doesn't matter which port are used, however you might be not able to see the OS as the BIOS settings might be configured incorrectly.
If you are not able to see anything when plugged in onboard port, that can be mean your onboard graphic is broken.
If you are not able to see anything when plugged in dedicated port, that can be mean your external graphic is broken.

After you answer, i will be asking again (as there are many factors i know)

Came back here, I think your cables are weakly plugged in. If your good with PC's, I'd unassemble and reassemble all cords also the video card. Then dust the case and components.
