It's not a suggestion it's a question however you don't need to ask admin before making a clan just post it where Marisa had asked you to post it. As for making it an official clan there are a few requirements for that. The following may help you:

Elite is right, you don't need to ask an admin before making a clan introduction.
By the way, if you know the old X clan, then i advice you to not make anything releated to the old one, just saying.Comment

As one of the ex-owners of the official X clan, I can tell you that you're free to use that tag but it won't be related at all to our old clan.
You would be just using the tag, but we (ex-X clan owners and ex-members) have nothing to do with that.
By the way, moved your thread to "questions and answers" section because elite is right. This is a question.I didn't choose to be latin, I just had luck.Comment
