First of all go onto the following link:
http://gamerxserver.com/ObjectsByCategory
It contains a lot of object ids which you need to use when making objects.
So go ingame and type in /cpo [Object ID]
Once you've typed that the object that you typed in should come up.
Once it spawns, it will give you a number between 1-[a three digit number- Cant remember that]
You need to remember that number and type in /epo [that number] or you can type in /selectobjects2 and click on the object you spawned and it will take you to the edit screen.
Use the mouse and click on the moving buttons. Remember y = up/down, x = side ways and z = closer/further. Once you have placed the object where you want just press the save. You can also rotate the object using the same x, y and z rule. (You'll figure it out)
And yeh pretty much thats all for the creating object side.
