    Did you restart your internet modem?
    Sometimes it happens to me too, but gets automatically fixed after some minutes.

            Lel, then you're close from host :v how many MB/s do you have? If you don't know go here: http://www.speedtest.net/es/
            If you have low speed, it may be the packet lost.

                I don't think that your internet is the problem.
                Try to re-install SAMP here

                    Maybe is that you have a dinamic IP (this means that it changes everyday) thing that make some troubles.

                          Try this:

                          1-Go to your GTA SA Installation folder.
                          2-Right click on samp.
                          3-Select Properties and then select Compatibility.
                          4-Select "Run this program in compatibility mode for".
                          5-Select Windows 98/ Me.
                          6-Select OK.
