Hello Peeps Today Im Gonna Ask You All That If We Use HARMLESS CLEO Modifications Like BloodBOS.cs (Blood On Screen Mod) Are They Allowed?
Blood On Screen Mod Allows Me To Have More GTA V Like Thing Because When Someone Shoots You The Screen Turns Red
Until You Are On Fire For A Couple Of Seconds Then It Disappears, It is Just For More Fascinating Gameplay

And Sprint.cs
It is A Mod Which Allows To See How Long You Can Sprint, It is Just Like A Sprint Bar

I Like Those Modifications, Please Tell Me If They Are Allowed Or Not
As They Are Not Parkour Modifications Or Hacks

All modifications that don't give advantages over other players are allowed.

As the rules state, 3rd party modifications which gives you advantage over others and interferes in your multiplayer gameplay are strictly prohibited, I've used the Blood On Screen Cleo before and after doing a quick research on it, I came to the point that it does not interfere with your multiplayer gameplay nor it gives anyone unfair advantages, so technically the Blood On Screen Mod is allowed.

Regarding the second modification you asked about, I have never used or seen such modification before, however upon some quick research and testing it myself, I came to the point that it is a simple bar that shows how long can you run and when will your stamina run out, so technically this Sprint.cs Cleo modification is allowed too.

By your explanation, for the blood on screen mod as it is mean to be visual cosmetic so it's allowed.

However i doubt about that sprint bar, it's probably do something with the sprint animation itself so the script can count how long, while server can force its player to sync an animation or stamina/you may desync this information to server and other players, it's not allowed.
