Any Bug in Minigun??

Chronology:
Durring Happy Hour at 25 aug 2016. 10:25 (GMT+7)
i Recording all my gameplay untill the end at 10:45
and after that i inactive till 4 days to editing that video.
i check video again, and i see something strange when i killing someone. As you know Im Sucks with Guns
i Just Random Shoot (no Aim) . Ofc. i don't know where is my bullets gone.
and then, He Die.. Right before i take aim..

My Thoughts is...
1. my bullets Touch him while i random. shoot. and my ping Delaying his death. (my ping 266-582 and sometime i get RTO)
2. suddenly i found some trick with this gun. to shoot without Aim.
3. Or it Just lucky when i Kill him.

My question is
1. Any Bug on This Weapon?
2. how to Decrease That ping? and Avoid RTO?
3. IF you Assume that I use Cheat, will you Ban me?

they wont ban you untill they make sure about cheats.
