[Tutorial] Add Arabic In SAMP's Chat

Hello, I made this Tutorial, it will show u how u will be able to read and write the Arabic in SAMP, I suffered from that problem mounths ago because my PC supports Arabic and I wasn't able to see the Arabic characters ingame (SAMP), so when i found the solution i wanted to share it with who are interested since i saw a lot of players having the same problem.
So all is in the Video.
