Follow This Steps:
1st Extract The File:
2nd Open The NoLagFPS.Lexy
3rd Cut Or Copy The effects.fxp And EffectsPC
4th.Copy/Cut It To Your Gta Sa Folder In The Models:Make Sure You Backup If You Dont Like It
5th.If You See This.(There Is Already a file with the same name in this Location.).Just Click The.==I> Move And Replace
6th.Enjoy Playing.
