A lot of newbie players, doo bounty spam. I suggest, evry player can just put bounty two times evry five minutes.

If by chance a player makes spam with the / hit command, an admins will be there to alert you and mutate it
But if by chance there is no online admins, it will be autokickado for spam
But I consider a limit a good idea, because if a person wants to give / hit someone, it is only necessary once.
A limit every 10 seconds would be a good idea.
