Promotions

I was sitting on the toilet and i thought of this.

I suggest a promotions system. Via an ingame menu, admins could create promotions.

Possible promotions could be extra points fot a kill, cookies for players who get a certain amount of kills in a certain amount of time, and more.

This suggestion will be like an event that is nescesario script or an event similar to / hp (do the admins decide when to do and how to do)?

I mean, will it be an event announced by an admins or by the server (in case there is a script)?
