[GAMEMODE] Simple update log suggestion

Of course not all the players open the forums and check the new updates, it would be useful if the updates logs are bringed ingame, by a command like /news or /update to show a dialog which contains the newest update version with it's details.

Every time the server is updated the dialog is updated too with the newest update log like that one which is posted here on forums.

Opinions are always appreciated.
