[GAMEMODE] Drifting top records

As the new drift feature has been added in the new version of GamerX 4.5.5b

* Added the /drift command (Big thanks to Nate who developped this feature)

I'm suggesting drift score records, like challenges and race records, and it is accessed by the /top10 command then choosing 'Drifting scores'.

It is up to the developers if it displays the top 10 scores or more.
