Simple. /mycar save to save your current car (incl. wheels, pjs, body kits, etc.) /mycar to load it.
Would be very useful for me and many other people

There is /savecar and /loadcar actually, but your vehicle components dissappear after you leave the server

The /mycar command already exists, its an admin command.

You need to get into your car and type /lc to load your components. :| My suggestion is to spawn a car that's already with your desired components.
