[IRC] Clan chat, TP chat, admin alerts etc. for only +h and above.

Hello fellow gamers,

I have noticed, well not now, that the TP chat, clan chat and admin alerts such as hackers alerts can be viewed by everyone on that channel, so I'm just suggesting a quick change. Making it for +h (halfop) and above. And TP chat for +v (voice) too.

This is just a small suggestion and I guess everyone wants this.

So you are happy with regular players reading clan chat, tp chat and admin alerts which none else should know about?
