[Gamemode] Teleport list suggestion

My suggestion is that /myteles would display all enabled /tg-s (including /tgc, /egatps, /tga) in a list, just like /admins and /tps and etc commands.

Nice suggestion Jovan, sometimes i want to see all players that i gave him /tg... +1

Had this idea long time ago, alongside with /tg of multiple ids, still supporting it +1
Also if possible list of players who enabled /tg for us, a list dialog, with button to /goto them.
