Custom weather in events

Title. It should be a option for admins to chose custom weather in event. Would give atmosphere for certain maps.

i'm on this suggestion, i remember few months ago discussed it on admin discussion for extra stuff for event that are:
Time
Weather
Skin (for team, already added)
Holding object
Color (for team)

I don't see why it's not added yet. This stuff will make every event different.

Yes I will add the stuff for time, weather and holding objects. For Colors I don't think it's needed at the moment.
