It's a good idea, but sometimes players uses that between friends or joking, so a muting system would be problematic, in the case that someone is insulting and there are no admins, the best option is ignoring them.

Churre a player can use "Fuck you" in pms, chat bubble and muting system will only mute player in Global chat because many newbie dont know Private message cmd and chat bubble cmds

Use /block on annoying players to ignore them, that's why it was added..
