i suggest when player bought property he must wait minutes (put value by admin for this minutes)
to avoid spam when player want buy 30 properties.

Rather properties transactions(purchase/sold) should be shown every 5 or 2(admins wish) minutes, instead of showing instantly while someone purchases it. When someone starts purchasing property from zero to 30, it just gets spammed all over the chat(of him purchasing till 30 props). So every 5* minutes it can get updated(like creating Admin bots like seen on irc for autosave, etc.). Then we will see after 5* mins eg: Player1 bought 10props, Player2 sold 3props, etc. And if there are no transactions then no message would be put.
Or Just the purchasing could be updated every 5 minutes and the selling of properties could be updated as soon as it is sold(as done now), because if someone wants to buy that property then he would come to know when it bought.
