Greetings , i'm here to suggest that.
There should be a crew in the server , which is a group of players/friends or clan , Where they can communicate easily.
So they would team up by drive-bying , meetings , etc
They should have unique colors , not the same as the colors of the pimp , etc.
•Crew Commands Suggestion
/crews - which shows the current list of crew(s) that have been created.
/crewcreate [name] - to create your crew, with the name you like.
/crewleave - leaves the crew you're in.
/crewinvite [id]- invites a player to join the crew.
/crewjoin [id]- if someone invites you , it is the command to join the crew.
Ex:
Crews:
MafiaZ - ID 1
CruelZ - ID 2
And then , a player from the crew MafiaZ invited you to join their crew.
You will type /crewjoin 1 .
/crewkick [id] - to kick someone in the crew (if you're the leader of the crew)
/crewname [name]- to change the name of your crew (if you're the leader of the crew)
/crewleader [id] - to handover/give the crew leadership to the player of your choice. ( if you're the leader of the crew)
/crewcolor - Change your crew's appearance color. (if you're the leader) and there should be a special colors for the VIP Leader(s) , which they'll be the one who'd type the Hex code color of the crew.
/crewmembers [id]- where you can see the players that are in the crew.
