Admin just download my dyom file and play it once by downloading dyom v810 from net and play the mission and u got ur race track and add it on samp ir server

That will be difficult, also a Do Your Own Mission Race should've have some custom feature that can't be added to SA:MP Server since it's a mission which can combined from things not a basic race.
If you can't make it, Request denied.

Are you going to create the event or request one to be made?

Anyway if you are requesting, i can't find it in the pobs file (via website), also it cant be loaded in game as it uses comma or even with question mark.
