Many hackers come ingame and maybe admins are not online or they might be afk. So , i suggest to make a new forum board to report hackers and rulebreakers so that players can report a player by taking a proof.

Format shud be like:

Your Name:
Name of the hacker:
Proofs(video/photos):
Is he registered?(use /stats to check this out):

Your suggestion is negative and not useful at all in case you post it on forum. What if the hacker was checking forum news and sees such report about himself? He might immediately stop using the hack. The format appears ok, but posting a pm to an admin with it in either IRC or forum would be more suitable.

Isn't /report enough ? 90% of aimbot reports are false and yet they get banned, it's pretty much hard to find out who is using aimbot and who is not using it , there are people who are good at dming. When ever you spot an potential aimbot user just /report them , that's for what report command is made. Threads on forum are not safe as there is always a smart ass to leak the stuff. If you got a video of a cheater just sent it to an Admin on IRC.

Dude , if there was a ''Report'' Forum Board then the hacker will go to the forum and view's that he has been reported so he is going to get in-game and deactivate his hacks. So why not just Contact an Admin as Delija said.
