Highscore split time and gap between racers

What does this mean?

-Time gap between racers: It would show the time gap (in seconds) how far the racer in front of you is so you can tell how much you are closing in on him

-Highscore Split: Would show the race record split time instead of gap between racers (to know how close you are to beating the record)


*Also, players can toggle which split time mode they want (highscore split time, gap between racers)*

That's a lot of math and it seems those ideas are only implemented on racing-only games because... a lot of math.

Ofc Blackid misunderstood, because that's not how far you are with other racer, where you explains it should count the time between you and next position (in front of you) by time, for sure it's need alot math. This exists on some racing game. (Distance and time status for the opponent in next position, where it doesn't even need checkpoint)

The screen you're giving is Checkpoint time, it counts the time how you should be in the checkpoint (positive if it was faster and negative if it was slower)
For example Checkpoint #2 time is 10s, but you went to it in just 7 seconds since last checkpoint (#1) then you get "high" score or record of the checkpoint +3s means 3 seconds faster.
It same if you play with other people, it's just you need to beat the other racer's time record on approaching the checkpoint.

However, isn't the percentage textdraw enough? I think this is useless to save time on each checkpoints and the record for the position.

With this system you can detect a hacker immediately and you can check if the top is made legally or not
