what command is to race with bots? because /race id is to invite another player, and the bots with cars are buses an taxis, a chase is not a race

Nope there isn't, it's not also really possible because NPC are recorded, not fully controlled by the server, they are just doing what they do as recorded, server has only limited controls on playing NPC. They are not a fully AI that know how to race, and how to interact with players.
