/lc loading Paint

It would be nice if the /lc command will also load paintjobs.

If colors are accepted as vehicle components i'd like to see this feature implented.If /lc will load paints it will do it for a particular car unlike mypaint which paints whichever vehicle that you spawn so there is a dissimilarity between these to.
