[GAMEMODE] Player /g teleportation during races.

Some players don't know that their friends are racing and end up accidentally teleporting to them. Although it doesn't cause much problems most of the time, a person who is racing and is in a position behind may accidentally get blocked or rammed by the teleporter, causing interference. Maybe the ability to teleport to someone while they are racing could be disabled, pretty much like how you can't go to someone if they're in a minigame or event. e.g If someone tries to teleport to their friend, it could tell them:

* Sorry, Alex (ID:123) is currently racing so you cannot teleport to them.

or maybe even

* Sorry, Alex (ID:123) is currently racing so you cannot teleport to them, please wait until the race is finished.

But will be better if races will be in Virtual World to evade being crashed accidentally or being crashed by some noobs who want just to stalk you.
