When an event is loaded by an admin, it is necessary that an admin starts the event.
But I suggested that, when an event is loaded by admin, it still starts by the countdown of 1 minute, so admins won't need to worry with /ste (as some just forget to do it).
Also, today an admin started Ship CTF but he left, and there wasn't admins online to start the event and we waited a long time till another admin join and start it.
