/aka command

Well, this is a really useful command for the admins, I have tried the /aka command in the server and it says that it doesn't exists, what is /aka? Is a command for see all the nicknames of the people. EG: /aka 21

And there you have all the nicknames of that player ID, so you can see every name of that player.

I think admins have their way to see all nicknames of a specified player.

No, the command is not /aka (you will not find it in command list)
