Suggestion about races

first suggestion: all players with 7000 score can make races, then players can testing races in /testrace similar to time trial or time atack, when players finish race can vote for race if race has 60% positive votes race will be add to races files.

Second suggestion: add /tt time trial race with top10.


Third suggestion: add type race "no nitro"= here is only one specific race, racers don't have nitro during race. , "one World"= all racers will be in one world where racers don't have ghostmode during race.
