Add change name limit.

Change the change name system to this way :
When player will change his name , he will need to wait 10 h (gaming time) before he want to change it again .
With this players wont be able to spam and change their names every 5 second's.

And if the player want to get out of a clan? He must do /cn blablablabla then /cn HisNewName. What will happen in this situation?

The main idea is to prevent name change spam, it's not useless... In fact many people can change name like 20 times in a day.

I don't think we should bother admins for everything, it will just end up with an 'Ask an admin everything' like I heard. I agree with this suggestion but not with the limit being able to change it once but a maximum of 5 times a day. This wouldn't cause spam and if an admin sees it's being abused well he can always take action. Once is a bit too less.

There is a rule about it. Don't abuse /cn command, Suggest good things pls, Its not necessary to limit players for every command exists on GamerX, Managements supposed to give them fun not put them under pressure.
