Suggestion about LS and LV

Hello ,
We all know that LS and LV are cities nearly without players. So i came up with one idea how can players start to move and play in this cities too. Here is it :
Los Santos :
Add hidden pickups (packages) at the same place like from GTA and by collecting one, players will get random things (rpg, cookies , cakes , icecreams and much more ...) . The system will work on this way . For example , there are totally 50 packages all over Los Santos and after every 1 package collected, another one will respawn .
Las Venturas :
Add hidden moneybags all over the city . When player will get one moneybag he will get money (1-5m randomly) and one event point . The system will work this way . Every 30 min there will be new moneybag spawned on new place with new amount of money in it. When it will be spawned , players will get message on their screen like this : Moneybag is spawned at Four Dragon Casino area (for example) . Find it and take the money ! . And when someone will collect it , everyone will get another message too like this : Moneybag located at Four Dragon Casino area is collected by (player'sname).
By adding more fun "games" like this we can make players play in these two cities too !

The first suggestion about weapon pickups, if it was added, I doubt that it would change anything. Weapons are cheap and I mean CHEAP, because money doesn't have any real value in this server, you can just go to the ammo/gun shop and buy as much as you want. And RPG's, you get 5 in exchange for 1 cookie, I think it's also a reasonably low price to pay.
And yes, as I mentioned before that money has no real value here, not many people will be looking for those money bags.
The only thing that could solve this issue is maybe by adding new spawn locations which you could choose at the beginning, yet medic spawn is the first on the list and people are usually lazy to scroll and look for a different spawn.
