Suggestion about the event "Hunger games"

Add new weapon named mine . I twill be very rare item which will work this way. When one player will find it, he will get 3 ammo. When he will type /mine he will place it on the ground and he have 10 seconds to go away from it (until its activated) . After those 10 seconds if player walks near it , it will explode and deal damage like normal bomb .
The texture of the mine can be replaced with already existing weapon called proximity mine (fix me if I am wrong).
