You should ask an admin ingame to start an /hp for you and then your objects will be temporarily streamed until /hp is over. Correct me if I am wrong anyone. There is no assigned area to suggest a hidden pickup map so I am pretty sure it doesn't work on suggestions. Unless this is a challenge suggestion in which case you should suggest it here:

So like mentioned, if it is an /hp, try catch an admin ingame, ask them if they are free, if so they may start your hidden pickup.
