Yeah the reputation is a system not a plugin but trust me it is shite. The "Extended Reputation Display" is what most advanced forums use, that is a plugin, a modification. However still, don't like the reputation system, and never really understood it well.

About your second reply, I don't understand what you want to show by quoting countdown commands. I mean it has nothing that favours or has relevance with the suggestion since he said "when there aren't any admins or TPs". However like I said before, I don't mind if this is added or not.
