Non-Admins should not be able to see other's IPs

as you can see in the picture, I can see the player's IP, while i'm not an admin, so my suggestion is that only admins can see IPs & AC Logs.

In my opinion, nobody's gonna rape you or stalk you in real life for playing samp and being on irc, just saying.

This was suggested long ago by me, however IRC is not getting updated for long and there are alot of messages that contains that thing. Not to worry because it just show up on banned players.
