I suggest to display the Trusted Player, User, Admin level <number>, Owner, Management and Donator bars under the name of the user on Mobile Style for smart phones.

I'm not grasping exactly what you mean but I have a slight understanding. In smartphones it's displayed differently. Here are a few steps to get what you want:
1) Mobile site
2) Open your options
3) Tick "Desktop view"
4) Result
As you can see it now displays it.

We don't really have the time to make a full responsive website. We prefer to spend our coding time to the gamemode. Sorry

It's done, but it will make the post time text messed if your screen is too small, especially on someone's post that has two ranks like burnedgrass (donator + registered):
