[RACE] island race (boats)

some olds players known this race... the cmd no work yet but ikn the race work o no so .. suggestion for old times

Vehicle: squalo
Start: near pier in san fierro (after /island)
Checkpoints: 20

The /Island teleport command doesn't anymore because it seems that it's Jerzi's property now. so the "new" teleport is /Jerzi and the race is still existing as "ISLAND" but it isn't listed in the auto rotation system.
