Everyone can vote for an event map, but when you vote you have to give a feedback to the mapper. You are free to load the event map ingame (/LPOS) and help the mapper to create a better map.
The final decision goes to the admin who is ready to add the map in the event system (level 5+). Every level 5+ can also veto a map if they think it's not good enough.
We expect good maps. Rubbish maps with bunch of fences around a territory will be ignored.
