Sponge bob's skin and car

Ok since we got Sponge bob's Statue in /ga or /gr4
i thought that it will be good to have Sponge bob's skin and Sponge bob's car in IMG file so here is the link for the skin:

That was added before and I guess it's removed now.

Wasn't small skins removed because it was unfair and could be abused in minigames because you got a smaller hitbox?

Well so that's why some skins that are small in the gx file get default cj skin in migames and events. So what's the problem?

The problem with small skins is not just in minigames... when people use them outside a minigame they still get a bit of an advantage when fighting so its best if we dont add very small skins.

Having said that I dont think spongebob is very small. We could re-add him again.
