when i just registered in this game i made some silly mistakes and breakrules.

ever i can, help outother players when ever i can i aslo tell players not to break rules when to doing it . To be honest rules breaking is not on option for me anymore am ready to take on a new roles in this game. (y)

You have to improve more and i didn't see some helping from you.I saw some report's but after i told you, all time you have to insult players instead using /report command.Also you need be active in irc, forum etc (forum = 1 post, irc = Dec 29 19:51:18 2014 last seen you registered on irc in 29 dec but u didn't rejoin). I can't give you a positive vote.No.
