He said you are NOT REGISTERED IN IRC not ingame.

He was also checking your other names that you probably used in IRC as "Mason" is not registered... BUT still he didn't find that you're registered.

And it's not even completed.
You have to be registered BEFORE applying.

You don't check registered name with /cn
In IRC you check if an account is registered by using
/NS INFO <nickname>

i registered today because i didn't know i need to register in #gamerx i just registered on irc.tl .

WTF??? i registered for 2 Times! what happened to my acc on irc.tl ?

first is Kit second is Mason now i tried to Log-in, said this account is not registered!!!!!!!

That's because you didn't validate the registration, you need VALID EMAIL address, and you will get an email for account validation.

It's already mentioned on the TP application requirements,

[*] you must be reasonably active on IRC (and registered -http://gamerxserver.com/forum/showthread.php?3-Irc)

To register your nick, type "/msg NickServ REGISTER [your password here] [your email address here]"

e.g. /msg NickServ REGISTER abc123 IRC_user@hotmail.com

You must enter a valid email address. You will be sent a validation email to this address; follow the instructions to activate your account.

Your NickServ account is also used to login to the website.

Keep your password secure; do NOT give it out to anyone.

or /ns Mason REGISTER <password> <E-mail>
