This is the "minimum" required time during which a player "might" acquire what it needs to be a Trusted Player, some other players need more time.

In your case specifically, you need more time as :
- no help at all was found from you
- you need to report players using a more specific reason than just "hacker, hack"
- be more patient (as it's not needed to PM admins to tell them that you reported someone)

i only pm when i reported a player and there is no responce from admins i wait 3 or 4 mins but the player is continuosly hacking,minimum time is 100 but but i got 248 h,and here is Delija who simply replies "I won't" when i asked him to kick the hacker after waiting.

Sometimes admins need more time to check a player, you should be patient & PM'ing an admin won't help you anything, we can see your reports.

Anyways, you're active but I haven't seen you helping that much. Negative, good luck.

I agree with the reasons that admin posted above, maybe you need more time to learn about earning level 2. For now i will give a negative vote, maybe if you fix your way a little bit you may get my positive vote for sure.
