I know i have disturbed many admins by pming for CTF(ship),writing in capital letters and i am really sorry for disturbing you guys a lot just because i love CTF(ship) a lot.I will work very hard for this server and be helpful to people if you give me a chance to prove myself.

Well, you know my vote and what I am going to say.
In my opinion you are very (very) annoying (this includes the spamming with capital letters in chat and the "i don't care what you are telling me"-attitude). When I tell you, to stop using caps lock and other things, you should follow my request and better be quiet after it. But instead you usually keep digging on that.

1.8 Follow any reasonable requests made by server admins.

This is something you should clearly change in case you want to become a TP. Just by saying that you know you "disturb" admins, won't get you Level 2 and won't make you a "better" player. You need to change it and we (admins) gotta see your progress.

Apart from that, I rarely see you helping.

Work on yourself and try to respect requests made by server admins. Help and report more and stop using caps lock, srsly.....
