I'm pretty sure that you don't even meet the requirements. Visit the link that I have had mentioned above to see which requirements you have to meet before making a Trusted Player Application.

You only have one forum post and that is your Trusted Player Application that you have made in the wrong format.

Become more helpfull and active in the forums and in-game. Just take your time and you will probably get my positive vote next time.
