Personally the fact you asked me today how to register your account on IRC means that even though you have had since 11-07-2013 (your last application) to register, or ask someone for help to register you didn't. To me it shows that you didn't pay that much attention to the comments made on your last app, I feel most other players wanting to be a TP would have corrected it straight away. I just feel you need to listen to advice given in previous applications and work on what the admins say for a decent amount of time to get my yes.
