You need to wait until you got unbanned, and also go register your nickname as it is not registered.
It doesn't require you to join #gamerx channel, but only join the irc.tl servers (with NickServ service available)
Type /msg NickServ Help Register for information.
So it's not an excuse for being not registered before applying.

You can register it now, even if you are banned in #gamerx.. Except you are banned in the irc.tl servers.

Read the /msg NickServ Help Register or /ns help register
When you are connected to irc.tl, Type /ns register <PASSWORD> <EMAIL>

... and then to check if you are registered, Type /ns info it should tell the information of your account if you are registered.

Also i noticed you are using mibbit, So keep watching the notifications tab (saying irc.tl instead of channel/user name)
