Before you were very annoying in-game, lately you improved a bit, but its not enough (you are not ready yet).
Try to be like other TPs watch them and try to be like them... This would help you a lot to improve...
keep helping and reporting and try to act a bit more proffesional. Maybe next time you may get my yes.

For me personally people that are two faced ( when you see some high level Admin you asslick them and when they are not there you are saying how you hate them , how they suck , how horrible they are in their job etc ) shouldn't be level 2 and higher.
Stop threaten other players that i'm your friend and that i will ban them just because you want so.
Never forget that i can find out everything, so what ever you say around i'll always find out.
