3.6 Do not use other players accounts or old accounts to transfer or duplicate your stats. Merging cookies/cakes/and other stuff from old accounts into one is not allowed.

You used your old accounts to transfer cookies to your new account, which was against the rules. Even i warned you about all things that it was not allowed and you might be banned for that. But you still did that, which resulted in 0 cookie. May be you were luckier at that time, Delija just did set your cookies to 0, did not punish harder.
